Comprehensive mandate 2023 for your tax practice
At least 60% of Tax Practitioners do not have a signed mandate with their taxpayer clients. There is in fact no choice in this as a properly worded mandate is absolutely essential. A signed mandate is a condition of making use of the SARS e-filing system, either the website or through any independent service provider.
